Justin G. McGee is a lifelong Texan and has lived, studied, and worked in the Greater Houston area for most of his life. 

Justin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, specializing in Industrial and Retail properties, as well as land development. He has also been involved in the sale of over $3.5 million in residential properties since 2021. Mr. McGee has extensive experience representing "both sides" of the closing table, and is well-versed in the nuances behind representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Mr. McGee is the principal of McGee Capital Investments, PLLC, and began his commercial real estate experience with local boutique firms Southwest Realty Advisors and PrinGroup Commercial. He formerly served as in-house counsel and designated broker for a Texas real estate investment trust (REIT) that controlled over $500 million in assets. In his final year with this REIT, Mr. McGee oversaw and was directly involved in the sale of roughly $130 million in assets. 

Mr. McGee  is the managing member of The Law Office of Justin G. McGee, PLLC, and has worked for the local law firms Holmes Law, PLLC, and the firm formerly known as Barber-Jackson, PLLC.

Justin earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law-Houston, and obtained both his Master's of Applied Economics degree and Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Houston.

Outside the office, closing table, and courtroom, Justin enjoys spending time with his young family and enjoying the great outdoors.

Haleigh McGee has lived, studied, and worked in Magnolia and the Greater Houston area for most of her life. 

Mrs. McGee is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Texas, and specializes in Industrial and Retail properties. She takes time to understand what her clients both need and want, ensuring the best results for her clients.  

Outside of McGee Capital Investments, PLLC, Haleigh holds the responsibility of marketing and advertising for The Law Office of Justin G. McGee, PLLC.

Haleigh is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), and has received an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences. 

Outside the office, Haleigh enjoys spending time with her young family, creating arts and crafts, and learning new recipes.
